Argentine soccer star Diego Maradona has announced that he will continue to coach the Dourados de Sinaloa for a new season.
Maradona, 58, took over from Mexico's second division last September and led him to the round of 16, where he lost to Atletico San Luis.
Maradona rarely spent a year in any position whatsoever, but Murla said that the former coach of Argentina and Racing would return to Sinaloa after pbading medical tests in his country, where he had spent the vacation.
"Diego Maradona has planned to continue working with the Dourados de Sinaloa and will remain a coach throughout the season," Morla wrote on Twitter.
The Dourados will play their first game of the season Sunday at home against Celaya.
