Former German star Loutar Matthaus said that he did not see a "clear concept" in Paris Saint-Germain's policy, adding that he was expecting "more Thomas Thugel" during his first season with the capital team.
Matthaus told AFP on Saturday on the sidelines of the German Super Cup between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, that the country's Saint-Germain is one of the few teams able to win the title of the Champions League.
