Russia's Daniel Medvedev continued his career in the ATP rankings and finished eighth after reaching the final of the Canadian Masters, before losing to Spanish champion Rafael Nadal.
Medvedev, 23, scored one of his best results by progressing from a spot to eighth place, less than a month after entering the top ten for the first time in his career.
Nadal retained the second place after retaining the title and 1,000 points last season.
