Mental Health launches "Eid of others" campaign to raise public awareness of the damage caused by addiction

The General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment will launch a campaign (Eid from others), a campaign to raise awareness of the dangers of drug abuse and its harmful effects, and to fight misconceptions about abuse. . Holidays and social events and replace it with the concept of enjoying and spending the holidays in a fun without the resort of young people to these materials.

She added that the campaign also aimed to support the addiction recovery heroes, highlighting the existence of treatment for the recovery and treatment of this disease and the reintegration of these heroes into the community and the enjoyment of these events in a healthy way. From the General Secretariat for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment in the governorates of Cairo, Alexandria, Minya, Menoufia, Assiut and Dakahlia in youth centers and clubs, some of which will be organized in cooperation with Al Azhar.
