AC Milan today announced it has signed with Algerian international midfielder Ismael Ben Nbader for five years in Empoli.

According to press reports, Ben Nbader has joined Milan for about 16 million euros paid to his former club Empoli, to which an additional 2 million euros bonus is added. Ben Nbader has received an annual salary of 1.5 million euros.
Ben Nbader emerged in the Africa Cup of Nations, crowned by the Algerian team at the expense of Senegal (1-0), and won the award for best player of the tournament.
The Algerian player left Arsenal to go to Empoli in the summer of 2017, where he spent two seasons (2015-2017).
