The board of directors of NI Capital Holding, the investment arm of the National Investment Bank, has announced the selection of Mohammad Kamal Metwally as the new CEO of the company.
Metwally has been executive vice president of HC Securities and Investment since 2012 and prior to his appointment to Egypt as CEO of Siraj Real Estate Finance Company in Abu Dhabi, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Metwally also held the position of Regional Head of Investment Banking at HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai, Merrill Lynch in London and Salmon Brothers in London and New York.

Mohamed Metwally started working in the financial sector in New York as a researcher for the Salmon Brothers real estate sector.
Mr. Metwally holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York, where he received a research fellowship and leads several specialized courses from INSEAD University in France and London Business. School in England.
