West Ham opened an investigation into a video clip showing an anti-racist fan of Liverpool striker Mohammed Salah during the match that ended in a draw between the two teams.
Mohammed Salah, a 26-year-old player, saw a corner shot by supporters of the local team.
The images of a video taken by a fan show the latest vile words addressed to Muhammad Salah and his Islamic religion.
"He does not tolerate any form of abuse or violence," West Ham said in a statement.
"We are a football team open to all, anyone who proves that he is breaking the law communicates his information to the police and is barred from access to the container for life."
"It's disgusting to hear like that, people like that have no place in our community, especially on football fields," said the person who aired the video in line.
The police became aware of the incident.
Mohamed Salah is the first striker to win the title of best player in the English Premier League last year after scoring 32 goals in 38 games, a record.
The Mayor of Liverpool congratulated him for his contribution to the elimination of anti-Islamism, the removal of "social barriers" and his example for young Muslims.
