Mohamed Salah wins the African gold ball for the second year in a row

The Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the Egyptian team and Liverpool, won the African player title of the year 2018 for the second time in a row.

Accompanied by Salah, nicknamed in England by the "King of Egypt", his Senegalese colleague from Liverpool, Sadio Mani, and the Gabonese player from Arsenal, Pierre-American Obamyang.

With this victory, Salah is the first player in North Africa to win the African footballer title of the year for two consecutive terms.

Salah is the second Egyptian to win the title after Egyptian historical star Mahmoud Khatib, winner in 1983.

The Arab winners of the African gold ball
