Napoli enlisted Real Betis 'Spanish midfielder Fabian Ruiz for a five-year contract with Italian club coach Carlo Ancelotti to end Juventus' dominance.
Napoli, who finished second last season, Thursday, local media said he paid a penalty of 30 million euros for the Spanish player at Sao Paulo Stadium.
Fabian is the second Napoli player this summer after striker Simone Verdi of Bologna for 25 million euros Five years.
Fabian, 22, participated in 34 Barça scored three goals last season with Real Betis, who qualified for the European Championship for the first time in six years.
Real Betis came out of the Primera Liga during the 2015-2016 season.
