Our sun is the only star of our solar system, but in the wider universe, many stars are in close harmony, including three suns, discovered on a new planet outside our group.
Astronomers have spotted a new solar planet called LTT 1445Ab, using data collected by NASA's Tess satellite.
"If you stand on the surface of this planet, you will see three suns in the sky, but two of them are very far from the planet," said space scientist Jennifer Winters.
The discovered planet revolves around one of the three stars and the solar system is about 22.5 light-years away from Earth.
According to Tess data, scientists believe that the planet is 8 times larger than Earth and has a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius.
