Nazaha Badwan, former world champion in athletics and president of the Royal Moroccan University of Sport for All, won the "Culture Culture of Community Responsibility" award from the Arab Union for Sport Culture .
The winner, Nozha Badwan, received in Dubai "in recognition of her role and contribution to the dissemination of sports practices and values based on solidarity, tolerance and coexistence".
Badwan was chosen to receive this annual award at its first edition "in recognition of its active role in sporting at the service of the community, the launch of humanitarian initiatives for patients and the community. integration of people with special needs into society ".
In addition to Badwan, world champion in the 1997 400m hurdles in Athens and 2001 in Edmonton, bronze medalist at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and Arab champion, the most crowned with 30 gold medals, three other dignitaries Arabs were honored.
