Activists on social networking sites recorded a video of budget meetings.

In the video documenting the intervention of MP Jihad Samad, observers followed a strange stance from the Speaker of Parliament, Nabih Berri.

At the beginning of his speech, MP Samad said, "Lord, explain to me my bad and please me and I solve the knot of my tongue," to echo Berry, saying, "Lord, Lord."

"Before I start being president, I want to invite you to life," he says.

Samad adds, "Because the only remaining firefighter in this country is you, God is extending your age, God is helping you and be with you."

For his part, Berri replied, "One minute will not leave you a minute."
