Elsewhere, Sasulo defeated Cagliari 3-0 and Sampdoria beat Udinese 4-0.
In San Siro, AC Milan and Napoli failed to seize the opportunity they had for the rest of the match.
Napoli ended the match with 10 men after Fabian Ruiz was sent off for a second caution.
They all scored one point, bringing Naples 48 points in second place, eight points behind Juventus and 35 points for AC Milan in fourth place.
Juventus could extend the gap with Napoli in the opening match Sunday with Lazio.
At the Mappi stadium, Manuel Lucatelli headed to Sasculo at the ninth minute and Coma Babacar added a second penalty in the 49th minute, before Alessandro Matre finished in the 87th minute.
Sasulo raised his record to 29 points in ninth place and Cagliari to 21 points in 13th place.
At Luigi Ferris stadium, Sampdoria finished the first half of the match against Udinese, ahead of Fabio Quagliarella's penalty kick in the 33rd minute.
In second half, Sampdoria added 3 goals, Quagliarella scored a second goal and a penalty in the 56th minute, while Caroline Lennetti and Manolo Ghabadini scored the third and fourth goals in the 68th and 78th minutes.
The victory brought Sampdoria 33 points in the sixth and Udinese lost 18 to fifth.
