Tariq Al-Sheikh, owner of Pyramids, said his team would not play against Al-Ahli in the Egyptian league before he faced Zamalek in the first round of the Egyptian league.
Al-Sheikh said in televised remarks that he had the right to demand that Al-Ahli play his match with Zamalek first, especially as Pyramids is vying for the Egyptian championship.
He called on the football federation to apply the principle of equal opportunities and not to prefer a club at the expense of others.
