Qatar coach: Japan's first goal was to give us the preference

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Felix Sanchez, the Qatar coach, said the team's first goal against Japan gave them the preference. Therefore, their second goal gave them more confidence.

"I think we started the game well and that the Japanese team tried at one point to start playing better again, but we finally got the result we deserved," Sanchez said in a quick interview for our site after the match.
