MADRID (Reuters) – Real Zaragoza announced on Friday that Alberto Soro has settled in Real Madrid for five years against 2.5 million euros.
Zaragoza, 20, will arrive in Madrid on Saturday to undergo medical exams at the Royal Club, announced on his official website, adding that the player will remain on loan next season.
The Spanish newspaper AS announced that Zaragoza and Real Madrid had reached an agreement on the transfer of the young Spanish striker to the last row a month and a half ago, but the final agreement was somewhat blocked during the period elapsed due to the excessive financial demands of the player's agent.
Soro insists on staying in Zaragoza next season on loan rather than playing for Real Madrid.
The Spanish newspaper pointed out that all these problems had been solved in recent days by announcing that Zaragoza was officially finalizing the transaction today.
