Real Madrid reveals the numbers of its players. Who got the number 7?

Real Madrid has officially announced the number of jerseys of its players for next season.

Eden Hazard of Chelsea will wear number 7, worn by Dominican striker Mariano Diaz last season, and will be forced to wear jersey number 24 next season.

The Belgian star, who joined Real Madrid for a 100 million euro contract, took the number 50 in matches played by the Royal Club during preparations for the new season.

A week before the start of the season, the numbers of the players have been officially announced, but it is now clear that Hazard will carry the number 7, held by the Legends of the Royal Club, as Raul Gonzalez, historical captain of the club, and the star Portuguese Cristiano. Ronaldo is the historical scorer of the Merengue.

Regarding the figures of other players, Ukrainian goalkeeper Andre Lunin will receive the number 25, the Colombian James Rodriguez returning after a loan to Bayern Munich at number 16, the Brazilian defender Eder Melitao, newcomer to number 3, and the # 39, back French Ferland Mindy with the number 23. The Serbian forward Luka Jovic will carry the number 18.

The Brazilian duo Vinicius Jr. and Rodrigo Goes also appeared in the first team, although they are officially registered in the youth team "Real Madrid Castilla". They will therefore carry numbers greater than 25, where Vinicius will continue at No. 28, Rodrigo will play at No. 27.
