The Minister of Health, Dr. Sheikh Basil Hammoud Al-Sabah, on Wednesday launched a partial recycling movement by issuing several ministerial decisions to transfer and badign a number of district directors and central health departments, as well as as directors and badistant directors of hospitals.
In a statement, the ministry said the recycling movement was part of the ministry's efforts to inject new blood and apply the principle of equal opportunity, a phase that follows the turnover of heads of health offices and will be followed by another phase including several other supervisory functions.
