Samsung is about to relaunch its Galaxy Fold smartphone soon. The South Korean company announced today that it has completed the redesign of the phone and that it was ready to be made available to consumers from September on specific markets, knowing that more details on availability would be revealed in the approaching launch.
The Galaxy Fold phone had been pre-ordered earlier this year, but the launch of the phone was deferred indefinitely due to issues related to the device. When the South Korean company shipped the experimental units, some removed the top protective layer of the screen, which looked like the screen protector, but it was actually one of a kind. part of the screen itself and its removal would damage the screen. Others have suffered from joint failure without any inappropriate use.
In either case, Samsung claims to have reinforced the lower and upper parts of the hinge with additional protective covers. Due to the possibility of entering dust and other small items in the common area, the new Galaxy Fold will also provide additional protection for this purpose.
Another problem that bothered us was the gap between the two parties when the Galaxy Fold was closed. Samsung said that it had narrowed this gap and we could not wait to see what had changed.
Samsung has also announced that the new redesigned version of Galaxy Fold would come with more applications and enhanced services for a single foldback user experience, but we have not received any additional information about this. . Overall, we expect the Galaxy Fold to remain around € 1999 despite all these new improvements. Agencies
