Civil defense officers on Thursday rescued a cat stuck in the concrete block of the Cola Bridge in Beirut, the Directorate General of Civil Defense announced on its Facebook page.
Hydraulic rescue equipment was used to pull the cat and provide first aid, then was handed over to an animal welfare badociation.
