Sharjah loses friendly to Saudi cooperation

Saudi Arabia won 3-2 at the expense of the Gulf champions Arab Emirates in a friendly match between the United Arab Emirates on the sidelines of their preparatory camp in the Netherlands.

Both teams set up an outdoor camp in the Netherlands to prepare for the new season in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Leander Tawamba, Ricardo and Mansour Al Mawlid scored in the 13th, 43rd and 50th minutes, while Sharjah scored both goals against Ricardo Gomez in the 60th and 70th minutes.

Cooperation is expected to return to Qbadim to complete preparations for the start of the Saudi League Championship, which begins on August 22.

Sharjah is expected to return to the United Arab Emirates on Friday to complete the last pre-season training at the end of August, at the Arabian Gulf Cup.
