The Sharjah Women's Science Foundation recently organized field visits to a number of its astronomy program participants, including Melihah Ecotourism, Mount Jess, the Sharjah Space and Astronomy Center, Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center and the Nebula Planning and Astronomy Center in Abu Dhabi.
The tour began with a visit to the archeological site of Malihah to observe the stars and work on the telescopes, then continue to visit Mount Jess under the slogan "photography trip" to know the phases of the moon and its phases, as well as ways to follow it to the naked eye.
The field visits included practical applications of telescope-mounted telescopes to better understand the characteristics of the sun at the Sharjah Center for Space and Astronomy Sciences, followed by a visit to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center, which includes 39 is completed by a visit to the Nebula Center for Planetarium and Astronomy in Abu Dhabi.
