With flower palms, giant sweets and a pool of pearls … The Silvi Museum in Budapest has everything it takes to attract young entrepreneurs who want to take advantage of new executives to spread their images through social media.

The site has attracted about 30,000 visitors since its opening last December. It is considered the first museum of its kind in Europe and is one of the most popular sites in the Hungarian capital.

The creators of this museum were inspired by similar projects in the United States. They confirm that their first goal is to attract young people who want to decorate their images through social networking sites.

"We use different shapes and colors and try to develop the imagination of visitors so that they can release their creative sense," says Laila Gangel, who has created a scene with her partner Balash Kultai.

In the first 11 rooms painted in pink, visitors receive giant vines and can sit on a yellow manza. They can then see a rhinoceros horse before diving into a pool of multicolored pearls.

"There are more and more media in which images can be shared on the Internet, that's the world we live in, whether we like it or not," said Gengel, 33.

The museum is famous for its social networks such as Instagram and Snapechat.

According to Gangel, most visitors are under 30, however, pointing out that a retired couple recently entered the museum after choosing a framework for their annual calendar.

"Everyone is watching her phone all the time," said Banca Mayor, an 18-year-old Hungarian, who regrets that people "do not live for the moment but take the phone to commemorate it".
