A technical research from ESET revealed that Google's Android Store, Google Play, was hosting more than 205 malicious apps in July.
Research has confirmed that these apps have been downloaded more than 32 million times in the past month alone.

According to data collected by the malware researcher Lucas Stefano at ESET, there are three fraudulent applications per subscription only, but they received a third of all downloads with 12 million installations.
She added that while the security researcher did not provide complete data, he pointed to the amount of damage that can be hidden in applications that are supposed to be securely downloaded.
"These apps hide their home screen icons when they run and have no features other than displaying full screen ads." ", did he declare.
