Syrian actor Andrei Skaf revealed Friday that Syrian director Youssef Rizk had beaten him during the filming of a work. Skaff's remarks are part of the program "We Eat It" presented by the Syrian artist Bassem Yakhour.

Skaff said that Rizk had beaten him after Skaff insisted on leaving the shoot because he had spent about 12 hours without interruption.

"At four in the morning, I asked to leave because I was in filming from 4 pm and I was waiting all that time to start filming my scenes," he said. Skaff. "When I answered yes, he attacked me and hit me with a rock on my car and insulted me."

"After this incident, I made up with director Youssef Rizk."
