The international media reported on the story of an emerging Syrian footballer who, along with his father, came to Italy two years ago.

The young Ammar Ramadan, 18, started playing football at the age of three and played in local clubs in Syria before the start of the war and left with his father in Italy.

After several tries, including a training at AC Milan, Ramzan officially joined Juventus in 2016.

"He dreams of playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, who joined Juventus last summer," he told CNN.

"Playing with Cristiano Ronaldo is what I aspire for," he said, "but realizing that dream now can be difficult, and in the end, it's sharing."

Ammar is the son of the famous player Manaf Ramadan, who played between several Syrian clubs and a professional in Yarmouk and Al-Jahra in Kuwait in the 1990s.
