A cybersecurity company has revealed the most revolutionary number of pbadwords for 2018, with 123456 followed by the pbadword for the fifth year in a row.
Despite persistent warnings by security researchers about the choice of pbadwords, millions of people use weak, porous pbadwords, the report says.
According to the company's research, based on pbadwords for five million hacked accounts, 10% of people used at least one of the 25 worst pbadwords of last year.
Each year, Los Gatos-based SplashData, which provides identity protection services, evaluates millions of filtered pbadwords to determine the most vulnerable.
