The Damascus Securities Exchange Index rose 71.05 points over the last month, a positive exchange rate of 19.1%, closing at 6028.79 points.

The leading stock index "DLX" stood at 1036.57 points, down 0.77 point, at a negative exchange rate of 0.07% and the stock market value of 6 312 billion pounds.

At the close of trading last month, 15 companies were listed for trading on their shares, of which 6 increased, namely the Bank of Syria of 1.92% and closed at a price of £ 736.91 and the shares of Fransabank of 2.99% and closed at 347.06% and the National Bank of Qatar at 13.56% and closed at the price of £ 380.42 and Al-Ahlia shares Transportation reached 4.99% and have closed at a price of EUR 616.50, while the Bank of Syria and the Gulf recorded a fall of 17.56% and closed at £ 170.

The shares of nine companies belonging to Al-Aqila Takaful Insurance, Al-Ahlia vegetable oil, Bemo Saudi Fransi, Al-Baraka Bank, National Insurance, International Islamic Bank of Syria, Arab Bank, Byblos and Jordan.

The shares of the 11 other listed companies did not record any price adjustments and closed on par with the previous closing prices.
