NASA has discovered a giant Earth-like planet 31 light-years from our planet orbiting a star named JJ357.
This discovery results from the work of one of NASA's satellites, called Tess, which monitors the planets outside the solar system.
After finding the new star and the planets that surround it, the planet, which could be viable, was spotted and named (JJ357D).
According to NASA, the planet receives from the star that surrounds it the same amount of energy that Mars receives from the sun. Which is about six times larger than the mbad of the Earth and takes all its orbit in about 56 days.
According to NASA, scientists must now measure the density of the planet's atmosphere to determine if it is dense enough to retain heat to heat and allow liquid water to surface.
