MILAN (Reuters) – Italy's Super Cup between Juventus and AC Milan will take place in Saudi Arabia next month, the league announced in a statement released on Wednesday.
The Italian League has announced that the annual match between the champions of the League and the Italy Cup would be held at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah on January 16th.
The Italian Super Cup has already been held on several occasions abroad, including the United States, China and Qatar.
Juventus won the championship and cup last season. Milan is therefore qualified for the match because it was a summer for the Italian Cup champion.
