Dr. Lars Nieb has announced the creation of a new treatment for migraine, the first treatment of this type, which previously depended on drugs that treat other diseases, such as epilepsy or beta blockers.
The German neurologist explained that the new treatment, is an injection that attacks a substance CGRP And its receptors, knowing that this substance, which belongs to neurotransmitters, plays an important role in migraine attacks.
