The first woman to enter the history of super European arbitration

The European Football Confederation (UEFA) announced Friday that Frenchman Stéphane Fobart has been nominated to face Liverpool and Chelsea at the European Super Cup.

Stephanie Vobart, 35, became the first woman to lead a match at this level in a major men's tournament in Europe throughout history.

Frappart had already played in the final of the Women's World Cup final between the United States and the Netherlands. The United States had won 2-0.

She also played in the French league from the second division in 2014 and became the first woman to lead a professional and first-clbad football match between Amien and Strasbourg in the last league season.

The world-clbad women's refereeing has begun to play new roles in the management of men's matches, as in Tunisia and in the men's professional league, Tunisian referee Darbadaf El-Qounat.
