The principles we still consider as martyrs on the altar of interests, and so that the judiciary does not remain a broken stick, it is attacked at all costs, including the chain, whether of hatred or hatred against others, and because the independence of the judiciary is the foundation of the construction of a just state, proposed by the Kada club in Lebanon, in the finance law this year, after the the amendments they have retained, which mainly concern the unconstitutionality of the Finance Act, particularly as regards the inclusion of the Knights of the Budget, any article which can not be included in a budget, and documents which have undermined the rights of the judiciary That is stipulated in the Constitution, thus paving the way for the prominent Constitutional Council, the highest legal authority of the state, to pronounce the word "compbadionate right of the rest"of the rule of law ".

He continued: "This appeal is in line with what has been said by the Lebanese Judges' Club many times in its various positions and statements concerning the reasons why the majority of judges contested the draft budget, which violated their legitimate rights, in the form and on the ground, forcing them to retire from work for forty-five days. "

"Rejecting the perceived acceptance of the heads of the judicial administration, in all its aspects, implied in the new situation, where the justifications were followed and the rumors suggested to avoid the negative effects of the project without facing , which weakened the position of the judiciary before the political authority, the second exploiting the weaknesses of the first to impose Will repeatedly. "

The club stressed that "the culture of the demolition of the judiciary, which has been applied for many years to leave this authority incapable, subordinate, entreated, has not found a sufficient response only at the personal level, so that the moral and financial independence of the judiciary at the institutional level is commensurate with the importance and the individual moral independence of the judge that results from it. The Club reaffirms that it will spare no an effort to get the law on the independence of the judiciary adopted as soon as possible, and recalls that only the exercise of the right of badembly of internationally renowned judges is a free and impartial voice.
