The local team draws with Cape Verde without goals

The national team drew 0-0 against Cape Verde in a friendly match in the capital Praia in the first round of qualifying for the 2020 Africa Cup of Nations.

Both teams are expected to play in the second leg on August 3, 2019 in Nouakchott, before qualifying for the final qualifying round.

The locals participated in a training camp in Senegal in preparation for the 2020 qualifications.
