The Nikkei fell by 1.22% at the start of trading in Tokyo

Tokyo, August 13 (BNA) The Nikkei's average fell on Tuesday in Tokyo.

The Nikkei <.N225> lost 1.22% to 20,432.68, while the broader TOPIX index <.TOPX> lost 0.95% to 1,489.52.
