The president of honor confirms the arrival of the company's first 5G phone in the fourth quarter of this year

Mr. Zhao Ming, Huawei's Honorary Master, said his company would launch its first 5G V-generation smart phone by the end of this year. In an interview that followed the official announcement of Honors 9X and Honor 9X Pro honors, the company's president confirmed the launch of the first 5G Honor Phone phone in the fourth quarter of this year.

The phone in question has entered the test phase and its development is almost complete. Zhao Ming repeated that 2019 would be the year of the launch of 5G V-5 networks in China. Honor will supply its own devices that benefit from the next generation of cellular networks.

The next phone will use the Huawei Balong 5000 5G modem from the parent company, Huawei. It is capable of reaching 4.6 Gbps at 5G base frequency and up to 6.5 Gbps at high frequency.

Zhao Ming said performances will be exceptional as design adopts a new standard in smart phone manufacturing. For now, we will have to wait patiently until the end of the year to see what Honor is doing.
