A five-year-old girl was rescued by members of the Civil Defense before noon today, her hand hanging on her parents' iron balcony and first aid was provided locally as part of the competition – suburb south of Beirut.

According to the Lebanese Directorate General of Civil Defense, the bikers were on board the motorcycle ambulance to be able to provide the necessary first aid to avoid traffic jams preventing the arrival of the ambulance as soon as possible .
