Tottenham has broken its agreement with Barcelona on Coutinho

Tottenham has broken its promise made in Barcelona to recruit the Brazilian Felipe Coutinho before the closing of the summer counter, revealed the Catalan daily Mundo Deportivo.

The negotiations, which were suspended at the last minute, but the reasons were not disclosed, said the source on Wednesday.
