London –

LONDON (Reuters) – Two men face charges of breach of public order related to a "security incident" involving the German Arsenal, Mesut Ozil, reported Saturday the British media.

The 27-year-old men were arrested last Thursday and charged on Friday following an incident at Ozil's home in north London, the Press Association reported.

The newspaper "Evening Standard" indicates that the two men must appear in court on 6 September.

Arsenal said Friday that Bosnian teammate Sizer Kulasinak will not play in the Premier League match against Newcastle, which should be played later Sunday for security reasons.

The two men survived an attempted car theft two weeks ago in London, when Kolasinak was beaten with two men.

"The well-being of our players and their families is always our priority," said the club quoted by the club.

"We made this decision after discussions with the players and their representatives. We look forward to welcoming the players into the team as quickly as possible."
