The Football Association has decided to allow each club to register 4 foreign players on the new season's list, next to the fifth player from Palestine, Syria or North Africa to be treated as an Egyptian player local.
The Football Association has also decided not to restrict clubs by restricting players born in the list of 97 members. It has left clubs free to join at any age, provided that they do not exceed 30 players.
