Tunisia remains top of the Arab teams in the monthly ranking of the International Football Federation (FIFA), released Thursday.
The Carthage Eagles ranked first in the Arab world (26th), second in Africa, followed by Morocco (third in Africa and 40th in the world), while Saudi Arabia ranked third among Arab teams (69th worldwide).
The Omani team took a slight step in qualifying for 82nd place at the expense of Zambia.
The Belgian national team finished in 2018 at the top of the ranking of the International Federation of the game "Viva", a point ahead of his French counterpart, crowned World Cup Russia.
The International Federation said in a statement released on Thursday that the Uruguayan and Kosovar teams made significant progress this year. The first won 151 points, ranking seventh in the world, against 133 points for the second, which is ranked 131st.
The Kosovo team achieved the most significant improvement in the ranking (mattresses), offering 46 centers compared to the same period last year.
European football continues to dominate the top ranks, with eight of the top ten places on the continent and 31 of the top 50.
