The National Corporation of Commerce and Development (INTAD) increased its stake in National Islam Assiut from 0.009% to 3.29%.

Asyut Islamic said in a statement to the stock market today that Wataniya Trading had bought 199,630,000 shares with a total value of 1.586 million pounds.

She pointed out that Cairo National is the brokerage firm responsible for carrying out the operation, pointing out that the average purchase price was 9,772 pounds.

The percentage of shares of the groups badociated with the shareholder is 40% for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt and 23.36% for Cairo National Investment & Securities Company with a total of 63.36%.

It should be noted that the financial statements of the Assiut Islamic National Society for Trade and Development showed a 42.2% increase in profits in the first half of this year, to 3.46 million pounds, against a net profit of 2.43 million pounds for the same period last year.

Revenues for the period were 5.97 million pounds, compared with 5.01 million pounds in the first half of 2018.
