"Water stress is the biggest crisis that nobody talks about and its consequences are visible, which is reflected in food insecurity, conflict and migration, as well as in financial instability," said experts.
The report revealed that "some countries are trying to solve the problem, including moving icebergs to end the drought".
However, "the desalination of water will require large desalination plants and significant financial support for the construction of facilities capable of handling several thousand tons," the report says.
