The former Arsenal midfielder, Danny Welbeck, has signed a free transfer after the expiry of his contract with the Gunners at the end of last season.
Watford did not announce the length of the contract nor the weekly salary that Welbeck would receive for signing his ranks.
Welbeck's move to a club that he wants to sign has been stalled since last June because of his demand for a big weekly salary after leaving Arsenal, despite the interest of a more club. Great as the Englishman to sign it before deciding on his next destination to sign with Watford.
West Ham, Everton, Newcastle and Lazio are the clubs most interested in signing for Welbeck.
