Striker Manchester United's Romilo Lucaco thinks he's really got to get rid of some of his muscles until he regains his form and level in the Premier League.
The 25-year-old striker was United's top scorer last season with 27 goals in all competitions. He led Belgium to the 2018 World Cup final, but has scored six goals in 20 games with his club this season.
"The medical team and I have done many tests to determine the root of the problem," Lukako said after his 4-1 victory over Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday.
"There were some muscles during the World Cup but in the Premier League, I can not play as hard as in international matches.
"I knew that I really had to get rid of a little muscle, so I moved away from the gym."
Lukako, who has scored two goals in his last three games with United, also said he was tired early in the season.
"After the World Cup, I felt a little tired," he said, "I was not playing with the strength and enthusiasm I needed." Now, I think I'm getting ready again and that I'm ready. "
The Fulham victory was the first for United in four Super League games;
