Zamalek moves to the 32nd round of the African Champions League

Egypt's Zamalek football club made a giant leap in qualifying for the African Champions League round of 16, sweeping home champion Somada Decadaha 7-0 in the preliminary round first leg.

The first leg was supposed to be played on the floor of the champions of Somalia, but it was held at the Army Stadium in Borg El Arab, at the request of Decada club officials, because of security conditions in the country. Zamalek will host the return match next Friday.
