MADRID (Reuters) – Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has ruled out nine team players heading to Austria for a friendly against Salzburg on Wednesday night.
Ferdinand Mendi, Ibrahim Diaz and Marco Asensio have been excluded for various injuries and will be away for six months.
Luca Modric, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Mariano Diaz, as well as Rodrigo Goose and Takifusa Kubo were also missing.
