It’s no secret that Watchdog: Legion has been nice buggy since its launch at the end of last month, but Ubisoft seems dedicated to finding these experience-ruining issues and fixing them. So dedicated, in fact, that the intended online mode of the game was deferred see you next year to give the team more time to work out their solo issues.

Multiplayer will give Watch Dogs: Legion Players have the ability to tackle co-op missions with up to three teammates, participate in modes like Spiderbot Arena, and invade other players’ games. These online activities were originally scheduled to launch on December 3, but will instead be pushed back to a more opaque release window in early 2021.

According to an official article on the Ubisoft forums, a patch will be released this week includes several fixes for major issues like backup corruption and crashes, in addition to stability and performance improvements across all platforms. The developers also mention that the PC version will get a manual backup option.

Watch Dogs: Legion is expected to receive more quality of life features, including “additional graphics optimizations” on PC to help high-end GPUs achieve a consistent 60 fps rate next month.
