LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, which first came out in 2013, looks like it’s finally coming to the Nintendo Switch. A new listing for the game has stated that a version of Switch is now on the horizon, although the game has already appeared on Nintendo platforms.
Spotted on the official ESRB website, a web page for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes recently appeared that mentions the game for the Switch platform. The list itself doesn’t contain any other notable information other than being rated E10 + just like the other iterations of the game. A release date, which is the only detail I imagine many would be interested in, is also not found.
At this point, WB Games has not confirmed that LEGO Marvel Super Heroes will be coming to Switch, so it’s important to note that this might not happen. With that in mind, however, leaks via the ESRB are more often than not found to be accurate, which means this leak has some credibility behind it.
That being said, it’s somewhat strange to see WB Games looking to bring LEGO Marvel Super Heroes at the moment. As mentioned earlier, the game has appeared on the 3DS and the Wii U, which means that those who owned Nintendo platforms in the past have easily been able to experience this game for quite some time. Yet it turns out to be one of the most popular long-standing entries Lego series, so it makes a bit of sense to see WB Games looking to make some more money out of it.
Obviously, this has yet to be confirmed, but if an announcement comes up in the near future, we’ll keep you posted here on ComicBook.com.
