Hamilton Star Leslie Odom Jr. is taking no chances. He isolates himself from his pregnant wife and daughter after being potentially exposed to Covid-19 after appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show On December 9, DeGeneres announced that she had tested positive for the coronavirus on December 10.
Odom Jr. told the Today Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager from the show today via an online connection he isolates to spare his wife, Nicolette Robinson, and three-year-old daughter, Lucy.
“First and foremost, I hope Ellen is doing well. I haven’t spoken to her, obviously I hope she’s okay, ”Odom said. “We do our tests every day for the next 10 days and we quarantine each other. The virus can affect pregnant women differently, so everywhere we are doing our best. I have my mask in the house. You know, I double-mask around the house.
DeGeneres updated her status via Instagram on Wednesday, saying she was feeling good. Production on his show was suspended until January.
